Personal Training
We offer on-site personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with our staff of certified, professional personal trainers will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout.
Teen Programs
We offer a FitTeen program to acquaint teenagers with good health and fitness practices. They will take part in fitness activities that will stay with them for a lifetime. And best of all, it’s a lot of fun!
Seniors Programs
We offer fitness programs and classes specifically designed to help seniors improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Seniors of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Stay healthy and fit with us while making some new friends.
Child Care
To help you find the time to workout, we offer childcare at Lady of America. Your child will be safely looked after by our childcare staff in our playrooms, complete with toys, activities and more. Childcare is available during select hours, please contact us for details.
Spinning Classes
Spinning or Cycling is a GREAT form of Cardio! The instructor will push you to maximize the calorie burn, and in a 45 minute class you have the potential to burn 450-725 calories! Spinning is a very heart healthy class which means that it is an excellent way to strengthen the most important muscle in your body.... the heart!
Gravity group strength training
Gravity is a fun energizing program that gives you an efficient and effective total body workout. We have seen some of the fastest fitness improvements in our members who are involved in Gravity sessions at least 2 times a week. Gravity is 100% resistance training and will help you burn fat and turn it into lean sculpted muscle.
Personalized Workout Programs
As a member of LOA, you will have a one on one session with a Fitness Instructor. At that point we will take your weight, measurements and body fat. Your instructor will show you how to use all of our equipment and develop a lower body and upper body workout designed just for you. They will also show you how to use all of our cardio equipment and clear up any misconceptions about cardio that you may have. The exciting part is that every 30 days we will weigh and measure you again so we can see your progress - a GREAT way to stay motivated!
Sauna
We offer Infrared sauna services to enhance circulation and promote oxygenation of body tissues. Like other heat therapies, Infrared sauna heat therapy relives muscle aches, pains, stiffness, and muscle spasms. In addition, Infrared sauna enhances the body's delivery of oxygen to joints and extremities, it is believed to speed the healing of sprains and strains, thereby relieving pain and reducing the time it takes the body to recover from an injury.Has been seen on Oprah
