Danielle Overree - General Manager/Registered Dietitian
I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years. I am also a Registered Dietitian and hold a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Texas Tech University. I am a certified Gravity Instructor, coaching people to use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity. I have been with LOA Fitness Centers for 10 years and love every second and part of my job. I change people's lives for a living, helping all different women improve their health and lifestyle. There is not a day that goes by that I do not look forward to going to work! |

Lisa Lawrence - Assistant Manager
I am currently a student at the University of North Texas in Denton where I'm pursing my passion for Public Relations and Political Science. I have a strong customer service and communication background and I enjoy making others feel and look their best. I have a year of nutrition training from my health and wellness company . I started with LOA in June of 2011 and I truly love my job. I feel that I have found my calling within the LOA family! |

Becca Allen - Membership Consultant
I was born and raised in this great town of Dallas, TX! I am a sophomore at Richland College finishing my basic courses. After Richland, I plan on attending the University of Texas at San Marcos and majoring in Nutrition. In my spare time I enjoy taking care of my wonderful pets (5 dogs and 4 cats) and spending time outdoors. My mother is a member at LOA and I love working here because it motivates me to live a healthy lifestyle while helping others also! |

My name is Galey Clawson, proud mother of two and a Texas native! I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years teaching and training all over the Dallas area. My certifications include Cooper Institute, Precision Cycle, Kaiser Cycle, Rep Reebok, Pi-yo, and Fit tour. |

Schalan Mohtares - Cycle Instructor
I began indoor cycling at LOA Mockingbird a little over 3 years ago. It became my passion, so I recently became a certified instructor. I love teaching and assisting women reach their own personal fitness goals. LOA is a great place to teach and make a difference in women's lives. |

Julie is a Passionate Yoga enthusiast. As a busy Mother of two young, energetic boys-She fell in love with Yoga as both a way of life and a philosophy. Her love for Yoga shines through in every class she teaches! Her Classes are designed for both the beginner and the advanced Yoga practitioner. |

Rose Boss - Yoga/Pilates Instructor
I am a long time fitness enthusiast who turned to yoga practice after an injury. As an instructor, my intention is help yoga and Pilates students find a variation of a pose that works for them and their body at that present moment with the primary goal of avoiding injury. I have found that the core strengthening mat Pilates work enhances a yoga practice, improving balance, control and body awareness. |

Gailya has been teaching for over 20 years and specializes in strength training, spin and yoga. She uses her love of anatomy to stress form and help prevent injury. Fitness is a way of life! |
