Abs and Legs
If you want to tone, strengthen and condition your abs and legs, this is the class for you. We target specific areas of the body to provide maximum return of your time to strengthen and condition your legs and core.
Boot Camp
Recommended for those who want to take their training and practice exercises to a higher level of strength, coordination and psychological resistance. Boot camp is a military-style training that will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and help you lose weight and tone up.
Circuit Workout
Combination of repetitions and weight intervals to improve muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. This workout involves exercising all major muscle groups (stations) in one continuous cycle.
Indoor Cycling Training
Try our series of workouts that simulate a real cycling experience while staying warm and dry indoors. A variety of training modules are used in each workout to keep your experience fresh and challenging.
Kickboxing
This class is for those looking for a combination of exercises while incorporating martial art techniques. Different fitness components will test participants’ endurance and power in a high-intensity workout.
Step & Sculpt
Simple, heart-pumping step routines combine with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weights workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels.
Strength and Conditioning
This class uses a combination of strength and endurance exercises with strength training equipment in a nonstop format that creates a challenging workout. This is a great class for those looking to increase their strength while conditioning themselves to lengthen exercise times.
XCO LATIN WORKOUT
Mixing Latin rhythms and athletic movements using The XCO TRAINER. It is the most extraordinary, intense and dynamic workout designed to work your entire body with special emphasis to your core and arms.
Yoga-lates
Our unique combination of Yoga and Pilates is designed to improve your mobility and increase your core strength. This is a great class if you’re looking to increase flexibility while making yourself stronger.
Zumba
