Each LOA Fitness for Women Center offers Certified Personal Trainers available to instruct you on proper form, suggest an appropriate workout or provide motivation. Personal Training is offered at an additional fee*, however, if you are new to fitness or just need guidance in achieving your fitness goals, our trainers are there with you every step of the way.

Angela Sands - Personal Trainer
Education/Experience-Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation,Certified Teacher,Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer,Fitness Enthusiast,Avid Runner-completed 2 half marathons and several 5K, 10K, and 15K races. Areas of Expertise-Weight Loss,Toning,Postnatal. My goal is to inspire and motivate you to be in the best shape you can be. |

Erika Chafin - Personal Trainer
ACSM certified personal trainer, graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a BBS in Sports & Fitness sciences. Yoga, pilates, and tai chi certified instructor. I'm also an avid runner and I've completed 3 half marathons and many 5K's. My areas of expertise include weight loss, flexibility and core strength, health behavior and lifestyle change. I want to teach, motivate and inspire individuals to better their health and help them reach their personal fitness goals. |
