Infrared Sauna

We offer Infrared sauna services to help detoxify the system, enhance circulation and promote weight loss. Like other heat therapies, Infrared sauna heat therapy relieves muscle aches, pains, stiffness, and muscle spasms. In addition, Infrared sauna enhances the body's delivery of oxygen to joints and extremities, it is believed to speed the healing of sprains and strains, thereby relieving pain and reducing the time it takes the body to recover from an injury.

Child Care

To help you find the time to workout, we offer childcare. Your child will be safely looked after by our childcare staff in our playroom, complete with toys, activities and more. Childcare is available Monday-Friday 8:15 - 10:30 am, Monday - Thursday 4 - 7 pm, and Saturday 9 - 11 am. Please contact us for more details!
