If you want to tone, strengthen and condition your abs and legs, this is the class for you. We target specific areas of the body to provide maximum return of your time to strengthen and condition your legs and core.
30 Minute workout with a variety of abdominal and oblique exercises will tighten and tone the belly in no time!
